even smaller(customize the height) then default small task bar

 i need to customize the taskbar height. it already used to be a small    so customize even further with it's height. better is build in option to customize or any third party software. you would give me pro answer

This question seems phrased as if people already know what system you are working with or are supposed to figure it out on hints given.  If so, I for one failed at it.
