Need help with enabling flash on firefox

Okay so I need help to enable flash on firefox because I'm downloading some games to archive 

 

Edit: I kinda need help downloading too

I don't really know, I have both mozilla and chrome, and have installed adobe flash and it worked perfectly fine in firefox. Perhaps don't try to have both browsers running at the same time.

 

edit: support is supposed to end in 31st december

I know support ends that date but the site I'm downloading from is removing it's stuff on the 7th could that affect it?
