help with power supply for msi 3080 gaming trio x

i cant figure out if my psu is strong enough to use with a msi rtx 3080 gaming trio x, since my psu only have 2 seperate pcie cables,

what power supply would you recommend if i should replace it?

It has 4 but ok. Should be fine.

i just seen some mention that you would need each 8 pin on three seperate cable instead of two cables?

No, you do not. 2 cables are fine.

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

Gpu tier list. Rtx 3000 and RX 6000 not included since not so many reviews. Tier S for Water cooling. Tier A and B for overcloking. Tier C stock and Tier D avoid.

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)

i also noticed that my motherboard can take another 4x4 cpu pin, but my psu also need that one, 

how much would that help in getting more stable overclocks on the cpu and memory?
