New build, rx 6800 xt

Hey, i have a bugdet og 2500 euros, and 3000 dollars. I would like to get the best pc for that kind of money. Im not very good at picking parts, and see the problems the components may cause for me later. so i would really appreciate if i could get any exsamples of what i could get for it.

If you can get a 5950x and a 3090 (but just for stock price) And somthing like a 1000W+ PSU

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)

Im from Norway, so i have to consider that 25% more to pay on tech. Mainly for gaming, and i just need the pc. :)

oh ok, then change the 5950x for a 5900x, and the 6900 xt for a 6800 xt, should lower down the budget quite a bit

12/16 cores for gaming is pointless, and the 6900XT seems to be just a glorified 6800XT, so going with those looks to me like money going to waste.

12/16 cores for gaming is pointless, and the 6900XT seems to be just a glorified 6800XT, so those just sound like waste of money.

well he never said what he does,so went for the best out of his budget, if he only games, the 5600x is enough, and if he wants to, the 5800x
