Any recommendation on my 3070 Build?

LZR

Budget (including currency): USD 2,000 / IDR 29,000,000 (USD 1 ~ IDR 14,500)

Country: Indonesia using Tokopedia.com (Amazon equivalent)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

My pc has finally give up and need getting new pc within this month and considering getting 3070 build for gaming. Predominately playing competitive games (Overwatch, PUBG, Rust) but also play decent single player games (Metro, Horizon Zero Dawn, upcoming Cyberpunk). I want to switch to using 27" 1440p 144hz like LG 27GL850 to achieve at least 120+ fps on competitive games and 60+ fps on single player game with high preset graphic setting.

Current Planned Build:

Monitor LED LG 27GL850 Gaming - IDR 6,680,000

COOLER MASTER MASTERBOX MB400L - IDR 775,000

SEASONIC CORE GOLD GM-650 - 650W MODULAR - IDR 1,350,000

ADATA SSD XPG SX8200PRO 1TB NVME M.2 - IDR 2,139,000

MSI B450M PRO-M2 MAX - IDR 1,188,000

ZOTAC GAMING GEFORCE RTX 3070 TWIN EDGE OC - IDR 9,009,000

HYPERX FURY 16GB 2X8 DDR4 32000MHZ CL15 1.2V - IDR 1,175,000

AMD RYZEN 5 3600 PROCESSOR WITH STEALTH COOLER - 3,099,000

Total = IDR 25,415,000 / USD 1,755

If the Monitor LED LG 27GL850 Gaming - IDR 6,680,000 (USD 460) is overkill for this build, I might getting Monitor Gaming 27" ViewSonic VX2758-2KP-MHD - IDR 5,150,000 (USD 355) instead. But I generally prefer the 27GL850.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I am plugging Cooler Master Gaming Heatset, Keyboard (RGB), and Mouse. I would be getting second monitor in the future such as Samsung 24 Inch FHD Monitor SF350 - IDR 1,409,000 (USD 97)

Questions with my build:

1. Does the rig is well-balanced or some underperform / overperform from the rest of the hardware?

2. Is the supply power would be sufficient if I would do a little overclocking gpu and cpu?

3. Does the require additional cooler / fan for the Ryzen 5 3600? Does the case also need more fan to get better airflow?

4. Did anything I miss from this build?

the motherboard you picked is really bad. get this one instead:

the rest looks good and well balanced. the stock cooler is fine, but loud. the psu is sufficient

Should I change the stock cooler if I want to overclock the cpu? if yes, any suggestion for it?
