Errors and games crashing to desktop. Event viewer shows faulting application errors?

Have tried DDU and many other things... looking for the cause of this and if there is something more to this story? It usually crashes to desktop and "sometimes" gives an error stating drivers timeout error. Have run memtest86 for 8+ hours 0 errors. Have tested PSU<-- still crashes. Have tried XMP on/off, any help with this would be very much appreciated.

PowerColor rx 5700 XT (No OC)
Gigabyte Aorus Master x570

64gb GSkill trident z neo 3600 XMP AUTO
850w EVGA supernova G2 PSU
Ryzen 7 3700x (no OC)
NZXT X73 (thermals are good and non factor)

When the games crashes my radeon settings are all moved back to default. When I open taskbar there is 2-3 icons of radeon software showing? error windows? but they disappear
