for psu, a 600 watt should suffice. maybe like a be quiet pure power.

Also, don't pick a H510 for your case as it has poor airflow and you will choke your components with the lack of fresh air that can be pulled in this case.

Should I also invest in a power regulator or can I just plug it in?

i mean i don't think i have one and my pc has powered its way through like 2 power outages.

The H510 has bad airflow, the P400A is much better. This RAM is also faster, and I have listed a better CPU and GPU, however, if you can wait a bit then they should be back in stock at normal prices.
