does hikvision c100 ssd have cache memory/ DRAM??

Hey there, 

I have a c100 hikvision ssd. I wanted to know if it has dram or not. And also is it faster than a wd 500 gb hdd?? Please Answer I want to assemble it in my pc..!

The specs do not list any dram, and the read speed is 560MB/s so its safe to say no it does not have any dram.

although their ad lists that it has one, I can confirm that even though it's newer than another ssd I bought 4 years ago (Sandisk ssd plus), it does chug a bit a bit more and run slower than that did on the same laptop

get their E100 series instead. it's usually around the same price.
