I am confused in two Brand, Help me out to chose one Best Brand motherboard in these two.

Those 2 are not really motherboard brands, they are platform brands.

 

Your motherboard brand will be Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, EVGA etc.

 

What your essentially asking is which platform is better. The answer very much depends on what you intend to use the system for and how much you intend to spend.

 

These days AMD is the better choice for a CPU in the vast majority of use cases.
