Can someone confirm if I did everything right? I get a lot of anxiety whenever I upgrade my hardware. More details inside

So I bought 3200MHz ram, from 2133MHz. When I booted it said memory had changed and brought me to the bios. In there, it still showed 2133MHz. So I turned on XMP. In that menu it did say 3200MHz but it was grayed out. Perhaps it was because I put everything on auto?

Then I restarted, and now my task manager says this:

Does this mean it indeed runs at 3200MHz now? I know it may be very obvious but if someone would be so kind to ease my mind I would really appreciate it.

While we're at it, all the other numbers looking normal?

Yes all looks good you are running 3200mhz and the 3.5gb of usage is pretty typical for windows 10

Thank you very much. One final question: My old 2133MHz had 15-15-15-36 timing. My new 3200MHz has 16-18-18-38 timing. I heard lower is better, so how much does this impact my new ram? Is my new ram still faster overall?

yes, 3600 cl16 is great ram, it likely won't be noticeable.

The simple answer is yes it's much faster. I don't think I'm the best person to explain timings so I will leave you with this amazing article https://www.gamersnexus.net/guides/3333-memory-timings-defined-cas-latency-trcd-trp-tras

yeah missed that, if it was a ryzen 5000 system I would've went with 3200 cl14, so basically b-die
