so if i have 4 fans for my pc i can use 3 of them in the chassis right and the other one on the power supply since my power supply has 4 pin

Are you referring to the molex connector on your power supply? I don't know about that, but you shouldn't need to. You can still connect 4 case fans to your motherboard (in addition to your CPU cooler, assuming it's single fan). Just connect one of your chassis fans to the CPU/Water Pump Fan Connector, and connect the other three to the Chassis/Water Pump Fan Connectors.

Budget (including currency):

Country:

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

hey i am just womdering how many fan headers are there on the asrock b450m pro4 for my case fans.

Looks like one CPU Fan Connector, one CPU/Water Pump Fan Connector, and three Chassis/Water Pump Fan Connectors. All of them are 4-pin.

My System:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT • Noctua NH-D15 • MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk • 2x8GB G.skill Trident Z Neo 3600MHz CL16 • MSI VENTUS 3X GeForce RTX 3070 OC •  Samsung 970 Evo 1TB • Samsung 860 Evo 1TB • Cosair iCUE 465X RGB • Corsair RMx 750W (White) • ASUS VG27AQ • Logitech G810 Orion Spectrum • Logitech G502 Hero
