BNIB 3070 FE or used ROG Strix OC 2080 Ti?

So I opened a post on r/hardwareswap asking for either a 3070 or 2080 Ti at 650, but after receiving offers from the best 2080 Ti and the (subjectively) worst 3070 both at 650 I wonder what would be the best deal. They're both local, so shipping is a non-issue. Thanks!

Yeah, I looked at benchmark comparisons and they were both pretty much a couple frames within each other.
