Nvidia RTX 2070 Super FE latest bios

I am looking for the lates 2070 FE bios or a one for another card that is compatible and I can flash on it. My bios version is: 90.04.76.00.0C

I need the bios because I am having issues with one of the fans spinning at 100%.

Not sure a BIOS is doing that, see if there are any programmes setting the fan to 100%, you generally don't flash GPU vBIOS's unless something is really broken, but this seems like what you want. I believe you have the latest BIOS. I am having the same exact issue on a brand new 2070 FE that was purchased in June 2020 from Best Buy. My BIOS version is 90.04.76.00.0A and C is higher than A. The 4600rpm Fan 2 problem started around the same time yours did. I suspect a power distribution problem since if I heat the card by running benchmarks or folding@home on it, past 50C it will stop the fan from going crazy. I was going to replace the motherboard, already replaced PSU, just waiting on parts.
