I would advise at least a 650W unit, especially since you're planning to get a Ryzen 5 5600X.

the 5600x use less power than my r5 2600x

from the reviews i saw that the r5 5600x uses max 150w , and the rtx 3070 max 260w , if i include 100w for the rest of the system we have around 500w at worst peak scenario.

gaming should be around 400w peak. :/

The RTX 3070 has big power draw spikes, which can trip the overcurrent protection on weaker PSUs. That's why I recommend a good 650W, like this one:

https://www.newegg.com/seasonic-focus-650-gold-ssr-650fm-650w/p/N82E16817151202?Description=seasonic 80+ gold 650w&cm_re=seasonic_80+ gold 650w-_-17-151-202-_-Product&quicklink=true

Semi-modular, about $100, great unit for the price.
