can you run M1 macOS on iPad Air/Pro?

Meni94
Hey guys,
Do you know if there's anyone working on bringing M1 macOS to iPads? I think the A14 ARM chips are powerful enough.
let me know if you heard of anything

Apple will do everything in their power to prevent a mod like this, since it'll invalidate their M1 computers. So not likely.

that's too bad :/ the potential is there... and as far as I understand the A14 chips are nowhere near the performance of the new M1 so I don't see why not... :)

No. While Apple certainly has the technology to do this, and have probably already tested it many times...that ability is not possible at this time. Even if it was, cracking open the boot loader for iOS is not the most elegant thing in the world.
