3060ti reviews coming tomorrow?

Ok so the 3060ti is expected to release in 2 days, and the reviews are expected to come tommorow! https://videocardz.com/nvidia/geforce-30/geforce-rtx-3060-ti I have question though,
 Will they just release reviews, and have no NVIDIA presentation? 
I got really interested in Tech news and stuff in Oct of 2019, so is this normal? Has NVIDIA released cards w/ no presentation before?

Anyway, i'm really excited for this card, $400 for 2080 super performance ;O

Has happened before, the 1060 saw an extremely minimal announcement and most cards below the XX60 mark don't even get announced.

 

Perhaps they want to reduce hype a little before they advertise? Some kind of reduction for the inevitable stock issues and availability.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad
