Will the included 650 watt psu in the NZXT H1 be enough for a 3080 and a Ryzen 9 5900X?

I am trying to plan out a build in the NZXT H1 and want to know if its included psu is enough.

There are examples of people getting away with a 650 and a 3080, but 3080 is recommended for 750w and above.

As Linus said, the 3000 series GPUs power supply recommendations actually make sense because of the power spikes that they often do. So, no, I would not recommend a 650 watt psu.

I've got a TUF 3090 OC and a 3700x in my H1. No issues so far. 

In the next days I am going to upgrade to a 5900x. This could get more interesting.
