Computer advice. trying to get an upgrade.

Ok so I have this old computer and I'm not sure how any of this works. 
I have a few questions. what type of new Graphics card should i get and can i get more ram. I will post a screenshot of my specs. and post the upgrades i was looking at.
Upgrades I were looking at: EVGA GeForce GTX 1650 KO Ultra, FURY DDR4.
I dont  know if either of those are compatible and that's why i need help. please and thank you for taking time out of your day and reading this.
Also please give me any extra advice that i should know and recommend something that's compatible.

I would look at a 1650 Super, it is only $10 more and has significantly better performance, or at a RX 570/580.
