Is the Alpine AM4 CO good as Wraith Stealth?

I am just intrigue about this cheap cooler if it is good as the Wraith Stealth cus I havent seen any reviews of it. 

But I know I should stick to Wraith Stealth. I just want to know if it is good or not.

As it is not as good as the wraith stealth, that would qualify as not good in my books. This looks like what some OEMs choose to use in their pre-built systems to save a few bucks
