Upgrade or Buy/Build a new pc?

Im sorry if this is the wrong place to post this pretty new and dumb ;/

 

I need some advice. i use 2 1440p monitors. got a great deal thanks to a friend of mine. 

I play a few games: League of legends , Valorant, Ark survival evolved and CS:GO

my pc runs the games pretty good. But it has problems with modern games.

specs.

GPU: gigabyte GTX 1060 6 GB

CPU: Intel i5 7500 quad core 3,40GHz

MB: gigabyte B250-HD3P-CF

PSU is 600W

RAM: Ballistix Sport LT 2x4 GB 2400MHz

1 TB SSD and 2TB HDD.

 

I live in the Netherlands so the parts are a bit expensive here.

What do you guys think?
