PC screen turns black (no signal) but still runs after about 30 mins of gaming.

Recently i tried overclocking my ram with that XMP profile or something. after trying speed waas the same. After reading some youtube comments under tutorials, i thought it may be cuz my ram is in slots 1 and 3 not 2 and 4. So i switched them and didnt turn off the overclock. And then i couldnt turn the pc on but i fixed that after sseveral tries and putting bios settings to factory ones. (When i was turning on/offf, the PSU was making electric crunchy noises as i pull the on offf lever) After that i have this problem when after 30 mins of gaming i get no signal screen but i still hear the game, although nobody hears me in disscord. I can fix that by putting the ram in and out every time. But i cant play games normally. is there any problem with ram? or psu? or the gpu possibly?

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 Stock

CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports

MOBO: Asrock B450 Pro4

RAM: 2x8GB 3000MHz Aegis G.Skill
