I am trying to find a non RGB keyboard with gaming switches, any suggestions?

So I have a PC with no RGB but its meant for gaming. I wanted to get a gaming keyboard for it but most of them have a lot of RGB (which I actually dont mind that much but it can be pretty distraction plus it kind of looks out of place). I need some help findind a non RGB keyboard with any type of gaming switches.

If you want minimalist you could try the kemove snowfox with the pure grey key caps. It looks awesome!

As for a "gaming" switch, Cherry MX Reds (or a MX Red equivalents) are probably the most "gaming" appropriate. As they are linear switches and relatively light, meaning quick actuation with little force required. 

 

As @seon123 said, any RGB keyboard will very likely allow you to turn the RGB off, and almost all options allow you to change the colors, so you could set it to a single static color. I would not consider this a deal breaker for a mechanical keyboard.

I concur with the above.  Don't settle for a subpar keyboard cause it doesn't have rgb but instead get a good one within your budget and turn off the rgb or make it static white (or any color you might want). 

 

I have the gmmk and the rgb is always off ... same for my keymove snowfox and my anne pro 2. My durgod fusion don't have any light in it but those mx cherry brown are really not good switches so I don't really use it ... considering desoldering and changing them all for something else. 

 

If you really want a mechanical keyboard with no led at all there's the redragon k552 that can come without any led ... but I can't recommend it cause the switches (at least the outemu bleu that I have) are really not that high quality, specially when it comes to feeling when typing ... also they are quite noisy but not a good kind of noisy ...

You do realise you can disable RGB lighting...? What about "gaming switches" makes you want to have them?

1. 60 bucks but I am flexible 2. nothing really  3. US 4. I do but for me it kind of seems like a waste (but its probably just me) 5. they just feel better to me, idk i like them more
