Bitlocker would randomly type strings of characters and then freezes during boot up prompt

So this is happening recently when I restart the computer (usually after a hard shut down) and then it prompts me for a password (I don't have TPM). I press one letter and then it seems like it would type by itself and then it freezes. I can't do anything, so I would have to do a hard shutdown/restart AND THEN it works probably.

 

Tested with Veracyrpt and same thing!
