RAM incompatible speed no BIOS showing

First specs

2600k 

2x8 1866MHz

Asus maximus iv gene z

(Then I'm assuming useless stuff for this) 

I am in a boot loop but the bios is not popping up what do I do?

is there any led lights on the board or led trouble shoot indicator

Yes it has 2 that show numbers and letters that show everything and stop around the 50s which is when ram comes up

I try and the same thing happens fans spin less come on and stop I try both sticks in all 4 slots nothing
