hey guys i am getting a gpu which is a rx 5600xt pcie 4.0 im just wondering if it would work with pci 3.0 on my motherboard.

My motherboard i wanna get is the: asrock b450m steel legend

if u have any suggestions any changes please let me know lol

All PCIe is backwards and forwards compatible - it uses a similar strategy to USB. It will operate as fast as its slowest component.
