I am currently running one top exhaust fan, but am considering adding a second one.

Three exhaust fans. 2-200mm on the top and 1-140mm for the rear.

It's a DIY case I made a while ago and there's a hole in one of the side panels right about next to the CPU, which has that fan on it. It's sort of like a top exhaust on a regular rig, but the motherboard is placed horizontally so it ends up being on the right side of the case. (it's also mounted externally to save space in the case)

Wouldn't one of your 200mm exhaust fan interfere with your first front intake fan?

There are two 5.25"  ODDs occupied in front of that fan.
