Best RGB fans?

I am building a new PC in the Lancool 2 mesh with comes with 3 fans at the front and a fan controller. I would like some fans to put in the back of the case but don’t want to spend over $30 on them. I would like RGB and would also prefer them to be quiet. I think 1-3 fans would be good and would rather have one good fan than 3 bad ones. I also like to look of RGB with a diffusion strip witch will match the trident z ram I bought. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it.

it would depend in your mb pins does it have 3 pin or 4 pin if not you need a hub and normaly there remote and there 3 pin and 4 pin check what pins you have on your mb first...

I think the fan hub is 4 pin
