AOC CQ27G2U worth it over the AOC CQ27G1?

Hi, I wanna get a 144hz 1440p Gaming monitor on a budget and I know Linus referenced these monitors in his 2019 monitor buying guide. He mentioned to wait for the G2 so I was thinking of getting that, but is it rlly worth the extra £70 (Because the non U version isn’t available in the UK).

I don’t wanna spend over £300 but if you have any other recommendations that’d be great.
