3D Workstation upgrade, Help with Motherboard and cooling

Budget (including currency): 1000 USD

Country:  USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 3D work, Zbrush, Marmoset, Unreal

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
I'm looking to do an upgrade to my existing build. I don't game on the PC almost at all, it's primarily used as a 3D workstation. The aim so to upgrade the necessary parts without spending a ton of money on it, not sure if the GPU is important as it's not the focus of the build, but I have a 1050ti and will be keeping that for now.
This is the parts list I put together:

I'm not sure about the cooling and the motherboard. I need cooling that will cool the CPU nicely, and the motherboard needs to be good enough to support the CPU. I don't plan on overclocking, and the motherboard doesn't need Wi-fi, i chose that one because it was one of the better priced options. Thanks for your suggestions!
