this is totally normal. there is probably an option inside HPs software that could enable you to crank up the fans which would decrease those temps if you want.

I have an HP Pavilion Gaming 15 with i7-9750H and GTX1650. The GPU idles at 55 degrees Celsius and goes to 87 degrees when under load. Is this bad? If so, how can I make solve this issue?
