Connect cpu fans to nzxt kraken or corsair commander pro ?

Hello !

 

Im installing cpu fans ( corsair ll120 three of them ) to the nzxt kraken x72 radiator, however i also got corsair commander pro. There is a cable that goes from the.. well excuse my poor english but the cable goes from where the nzxt logo lights up rgb like on the cpu, and in the end of the cable i can connect 3 fans ( those connectors are for original fans wich came with nzxt kraken x72 ) my question is, should i connect ll120 fans those three fan cables from them to those of nzxt kraken cables, or should i connect them to corsair commander pro ? Sorry for bad english and i hope someone understood..

The fans should have 2 cables on each fan

1 for the fan

1 for the rgb

The rgb cables should connect to the commander pro directly or if you have more than 2 ll fans you'll need the additional control then to the ccp.

 

As for the fan cables you actually have 3 options.

1. Connect to the x73

2. Connect to the motherboard

3. Connect to the ccp

 

Connecting to the x73 you'll need to use cam to controll the fans

 

Connecting the fans to motherboard you control the fans in bios or motherboard software.

 

Connecting the fans to the ccp you'll control the fans in icue.

 

Just choose whatever is easiest for you to manage.
