OBS - have camera zoomed in and then follow movement.

So I want to setup a camera to capture me playing VR. It's a nicer DLSR with a elgato capture card.

 

I want to frame the whole playspace and then have software zoom it in a bit and follow me. visual example: image.thumb.png.aa68946092ba12d5eec3ef021542ab9f.png

 

Anyone know how to do that? Right now I only use OBS but I am open to more software.
