Best PSU for this biuld?

I already am thinking of going with the corsair 750 watt PSU and was just wanting to make sure that theres not any better options. My budget for the PSU around $110 and was wondering what you would recommend for this biuld. I would like some upgradability in the future but this is not necessary. Ill be using it for gaming, blender, VR, and general productivity. I would also like it to be as quiet as posible.
