r5 2600 fail to enable game boost and a-xmp

MB:msi 450i gaming ac plus

cooler:wraith stealth (the stock cooler)

 

when i enable game boost and a-xmp in bios,it can't even boot up and bios screen not showing up.

so what you have to do is go in bios, enable xmp, but then manually change the ram frequency to 2933. that should work.

how about game boost?is this cooler good enough to do that?

not sure what game boost does. give it a try and see if it works. but do them separately, try to get the ram working and stable first
