5ghz wifi disconnects randomly

Okay so I'm facing this problem on my phone where my 5ghz WIFI randomly disconnects and connects back in couple of seconds and I don't face any problems on my 2.4 ghz connection. I don't understand what's the prob here if anyone could help me out here would be great.

5GHz has generally a worse range than 2,4 GH. How far away are you from your router and how many walls are between it? I could be that
