second monitor maybe faulty? please help

my current main monitor is an acer predator z35p (3440x1440p 100hz overclocked to 120hz) and my second monitor is an asus strix one that i dont remember the model (1920x1080 240hz) 

my main monitor is running at 120hz right now which works completely fine but my second monitor is stuck at a low 60hz i can put it up to 240 hz or whatever but once i start playing a game it flickers for a few seconds then goes completely white and then shuts off i think. Was hopping someone who has had this isssue knows a solution because i havent found one on the internet anywhere
