Can this build run 1080p high-end games at high fps? What part to upgrade?

Budget (including currency): 750$

Country: Korea

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Games and editing

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 3100

Motherboard: MSI B450m Mortar Max

GPU: MSI GTX 1650 Super Gaming X

Memory: 8gb Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200mhz DDR4

Storage: Kingston A2000 250gb and Western Digital 1TB 7200rpm

PSU: Seasonic Core GC500 500W 80 gold

Case: Darkflash DLM21 Mesh mATX

Monitor: Samsung s24r350

               Total: 983,181

I'm thinking of just buying BeQuiet System Power U9 500W 80 bronze because cheaper and total price went over my budget. Any changes to be made in this build? Also, what part should I upgrade in the future?

i think ram is the first thing i would upgrade in that pc, get another 8gb stick. Otherwise it's fine for 1080p 60fps high or even ultra (in some cases) even in newer games

Thank you for that. Does this build get hot under much load? Do I need to buy 4-6 fans for it?

not really, that gpu and cpu combo is very power efficient

RAM first for sure, but I'd try to toss in something like a 1660 TI or a 2060 Super as well. Upping to a Ryzen 5 3600 wouldn't be a bad idea if it's within budget. It should be, if I'm reading the post right. Honestly, 16 GB of 3200mhz RAM on the b450m board you have with a 2060 Super and a 3600 (or x if you want) I can guarantee at 1080p Ultra all day, because that's what I run. It's a bit over specced, honestly, so if it's out of budget, use a 1660 TI, or keep or processor and you should be fine.

Very welcome. I've got this followed, so just keep updated if there's any trouble along the way.

i think OP is targeting 60fps looking at his gpu and cpu pairing also the monitor he listed is 75hz so i think 1660 ti or 2060s gonna be a overkill for that and are meant for 144hz or higher refresh rate gaming at that resolution

Yes, that's what I said. These parts are overspecced, but is an upgrade that should be within the budget, and can be paired down from if it's not. Honestly, I may only upgrade the RAM and CPU (only because there's no need for integrated graphics, so why not.) But, I think if you CAN upgrade the 1650, it's a great idea. Honestly, the machine plus 8 gigs more of RAM should be fine for the target. That's what I was mean to get across. Mental disability affects my communication a bit, but I think we're on the same page here.
