What's the recommended or "best" nvidia driver for low latency for games like CSGO/Valorant?

I've seen many people say latest driver, but also seen a lot of people say different drivers, mostly old drivers. So what should I use? I get pretty good fps, the only "issue" is latency.

 

As an example, in the old drivers like 431.60 there's "maximum pre-rendered frames" option, but in the new drivers this option is replaced by "low latency mode" what's the difference? I would guess newer is better but you never know.
