Win 10 Startup Apps not on Settings/Task Manager

I have forgotten how to disable a f#cking app that does not show up on Settings or Task Manager on the Startup page/tab on Win 10. 

Instructions for frustration management:  

1) Sit at desk.   2) Repeatedly slam forehead against desk.

 

I never said I was smart, just smart enough to be dangerous.
