What is the best gaming monitor for under 200 dollars? ( Going to be using on the Ps5 ) 

Looking for at least 144hz, 24", 1millisecond response time, Hdmi 2.0

I'd pick the aoc one, va has best blacks but no backlight and good colours, so only 4 dollars above, I think you can do that
