HOw much storage though? Probably not much.

 

You can normally add more drives if you need more storage, but I wouldn't use the hot swap to replace drives.

 

Really get a IT guy in to help you set this all up, otherwise this is gonna be a mess.

To add to this, if you insist on having a local server, don't build it yourself. Buy a Dell or HP so that you have enterprise level support. As a small business, you want reliability and quick access to warranty/service. Dell enterprise, HPE have that.
