Air cooler options for 5800x for OC?

I finally got my 5800x tonight and stock out of the box with the cooler master evo 212 on r20 is 82c. Time Spy benchmarks it hit 74-78.

 

I have had shit luck with AIOs- 5 this year alone. either bad coil whine, pump issues etc. I def want to stay on air with a OC of 4.7-4.8 is the silicon is there and temps.

 

So what are my  options under $100 US. I listed my specs below with my memory, they are pretty low to the ground.

 

Fractal Meshify C

5800x

X570 Aorus Elite

32GB Rip Jaw 3600CL 16 memory

TUF OC 3080
