Country: Philippines

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant(competitively), GTAV, Minecraft

Other details (this office pc is an Lenovo h530s 10132. the spec it has is I5 4430, mobo is Lenovo Sharkbay 31900004STD, DDR3 8GB 1600,Nvidia GT635, and the psu is only 240w Huntkey HK340-72FP):

but i feel i needd to upgrade my psu too because i think its insufficient

Yeah too lazy to look up the size of the PC. The 1650 doesn't consume that much power and have low profile options and don't need a power cable.
