Is it possible to make BOCW not kill my GPU without lowest settings?

So my GPU 1060 3G is actually struggling in BOCW the FPS is fine it stays above 60 most of the time but graphical issues badly textured ground no ground at all and just general issues with textures

I'm just speaking from experience so what I say may not work 100%

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

1080p, my GPU would be literally dead if anything higher
