Brand New ASrock B450M Steel Legend No Post, No Boot.

Hi! I've recently upgraded from an Asus Prime B450M-A to an Asrock B450M Steel Legend, thinking it was going to work out of the box, maaaan was I wrong. Anyway, it won't post and my GPU fans do something odd. They click if that makes sense, yet when I put a GTX 1050 in, the fans spin up no issues. The 1070 I have works fine in my sisters build so it's not the GPU.

Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600 (until the 7 arrives)
16GB G.Skill Flare X 2x8gb 3200mhz
Asrock B450M Steel Legend
EVGA GTX 1070 (tried with 1050, and many different monitors without luck)
EVGA 700GD psu
Crucial P1 500gb NVMe, Seagate Barracuda 500gb SSD, x3 Samsung 870 Evo 250gb SSDs

Any help would be appreciated! I really need my machine back as I do most of my business and gaming with it :|

My Asus Prime went to my sister before I did troubleshooting, like an idiot lol

So many possibilities.

 

One first guess would be:

What is the exact part Number of the RAM? I assume, that you did install in in the right slots (see Manual) Did you check if it is on the QVC List? https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/B450M Steel Legend/#Support

Dos you solve it? I have same exact problem with mines got a R5 1600, it turns un normal, every fan turns on but no display. It’s like if it’s working but no video out I don’t know what to do

i got a trydent 3200

a r5 1600

a echa 700w 80+ white 

abd a 580 8gb(currently using a 210 to test) but nothing it turns on like it works but no display, no usb power nothing.
