Is the ryzen 5 2600 still relevant?

Is the ryzen 5 2600 still a good cpu to buy in 2020, or is there an other cpu priced at about 150 euro that compares the same?

Ryzen 3 3100, which has superior single threaded performance

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

If the 3300x is available in your country then it makes both the 3100 and 2600 obsolete

3300x isn't available. But is the ryzen 3 3100 better then the ryzen 5 2600? or are they basicly the same

For gaming the 3100 is better. (Slightly better performance, 50 dollars cheaper)

so you would recommend the 3100 over the 2600 for gaming

Yes. With the money you save you can get a better Gpu, case, ram, mobo, or ssd

Bad value. It's just a 2600 that's clocked slightly higher. 3100 still has better performance
