It's plenty for cooling.

Where are you shopping / located? Why are you looking at this cooler in particular?

What case and ram are you using?

The Matrexx 55 isn't very small and has plenty of clearance (168mm) for a large cpu cooler.

What good things have you heard about? What kind of features are you looking for in the cooler?

Mostly that its silent and the most reliable it terms of build quality. My case is pretty tight on space as it is so thats why im looking for a smaller one. Im shopping in Lithuania.

The Mugen 5 Rev. B is a good alternative: https://www.kilobaitas.lt/Procesoriu_ausintuvai/Scythe/Scythe_Mugen_5_RevB,_CPU_Cool/SCMG-5100/CatalogStoreDetail.aspx?CatID=PL_782&ID=916643

Aircoolers are usually more silent since they do not have a pump.

Silence is difficult with moving parts. Air cooling can be one of the quietest options available if the load is too heavy for passive cooling but not too heavy for air cooling. Liquid cooling introduces pump noise but can be quieter if the load is too heavy for air cooling with low fan speeds.

Unless you're heavily oc'ing the 2700x, the Mugen 5 Rev. B should be a quiet solution that can easily keep temps in check.
