This graphic card claims to be an rtx 2070 super but the I/O doesn't add up

This card claims to be an rtx 2070 super but the I/O doesn't add up since it has no usb-c but the cooler and box shows an rtx 2070 super from gigabyte white oC so what card is this?

This looks like a Gigabyte OC 2060 Super. See pics. Be careful OP. Seems like a scam. Don't pay more than the 2060 Super costs. This is not a 2070 super.

Weird, the official Gigabyte website is the only one that shows the I/O with USB-C, all of the following retailers show the card with no type c (the same as your pic).

That's what I thought too at first, but the coolers are slightly different. Look at the very left of the card, the 2070 Super is slimmer than the 2060 Super.

If the coolers are cross compatible it's still possible a 2070 Super cooler was swapped onto a 2060 Super, but I don't know if they are compatible.

I thought that too. Odd,  might be a totally different card too, just don't buy it

Did a bit more research and it looks like I was correct, there are 2 versions of the Gigabyte RTX 2070 SUPER GAMING OC, with and without the type c port.

The card could be legit, could not be. Without you posting the listing it's hard to tell you one way or the other.

i own a gigabyte 2070 super windforce OC, and it has a USB type C

but another guy who owned also a windforce 2070S didnt not have type C

 

upon some digging, there's apparently 2 models, maybe that's the case here?

Yeah ok suffice to say my google image searches were clearly not complex enough - it does appear that there are 2 versions of this card, and looking at the pictures posted above, this could actually be a 2070s - its up to you OP, but unless the saving is significant, I'd just wait it out - maybe wait for a 3060 or something?
