Freeze on aorus logo with VGA red light ONLY when restarting

Hi everyone ..

i have a weird problem.. when i restart my pc from windows , it freezes on aorus logo and the vga light on the board is red. i have to press the power button to shut down then press it again to power on the pc and boot normally. In other words, this happens only when i reboot the pc from windows 10 . cold boot works fine. I tried loading optimized defaults from the bios and doing a fresh install of windows but still the same problem.

My PC:

Aorus b450 elite

Ryzen 5 3400g

16 Gb ( 2 x 😎 ram Patriot viper 3200mhz
