Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: All of them.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I just want a 1000+ supply of all the standard PC screws/standoffs/fan bolts.

 

As above I just really want to buy a lifetime supply of screws (black if possible).

I have found the amazon stuff is very heavily oriented to laptops and phones.

 

I can't find a kit purely for PC. Hard times.

I once went to a local computer store (a small one) and asked if I could buy some computer screws (don't remember what I needed). Anyway they literally lol'ed and gave me a pretty big box for free.
